After the equipment is energized and ventilated, the PCBA whole board is placed on the positioning platform, which automatically enters the cutting station. The CCD takes a photo of each cutting position, the gantry cuts according to the visual real-time position, and the double knife is carried out simultaneously. After the cutting is completed, the recheck camera rechecks each cutting position and uploads the results to the cloud.
