Function: Automatic winding

Advantages:

The equipment can be used for automatic winding of square polymer cell after power and gas. Manually load the positive sheet winding material, negative sheet winding material, diaphragm winding material and stop tape into the corresponding hanging shaft, the equipment automatically unwinds the coil, automatically corrects the deviation and completes the core winding, sticking the stop adhesive, cold pressing, short circuit detection, and finally the conveyor belt. Finally, the finished product is automatically transported after the battery is flattened.
