After the equipment is energized and aerated, it can be used for automatic assembly of multi-pole lug cell. The coil core can be placed on the feeding machine by manual push car or AGV drive car, direct docking of logistics line, etc. First, the diameter of the coil core is tested, and then the positive and negative insulating pad is set into the coil core. After the positive lug is welded, the coil core is then placed into the steel shell for ultrasonic point bottom. Finally, the assembly is completed after rolling groove, short circuit detection and cap welding
